Wireman
Very disappointed in Floyd Mayweather's choice of opponent in his next fight. Took the easy way out. They'd have to pay me $100 to watch.

Big Slick
He just wants that 1 more win and the paycheck won't hurt the way he gambles.

ColonelCrazy
Who is Andre Berto? Seriously, never heard of him. Admittedly, I don't follow boxing closely but is this guy even a threat?

I wouldn't pay a dollar to watch Mayweather if he was fighting in my back yard...

Admittedly, I don't follow boxing closely but is this guy even a threat?[/quote'] 3-3 in his last six fights, shouldn't be a threat at all. Some are saying this will be a tune up for a Pacquio rematch but we'll see. I would have preferred Keith Thurman or someone like that but of course Floyd would dodge someone like that. He's as good at dodging dangerous fights as he is actual punches in the ring.
Wireman
He should be fighting Miguel Cotto or Triple G.

Wireman
God how I would love to see Berto land a lucky punch and knock him out. Me too! After thinking about it, I may watch just because I want that to happen so badly. It probably won't but I surely want to be watching if it does. Wireman
Mayweather also defended his choice to put the fight on pay-per-view, asking an expected $75 to watch in high definition. Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe said that putting the fight on free CBS was "obviously something that we explored," but the promotion didn't have enough time to put together such a deal before Sept. 12. dolamite
I pity those who buy that. The free stuff on tv lately will be way more entertaining than that.
NEERFAN
For one it's a joke they charge extra for HD. I remember seeing Berto early on and thought he'd be a future title contender but he's a tomato can for Floyd.
