mcpapa
Alex Rodriguez recently became the fourth player in MLB history to hit a home run while in his teens and also in his forties. Without Googling, you got the other three?

mcpapa
This is gonna be tough. One is an old-time HOFer. One is the only player in history to have at least 50 at-bats against all three of this year's three HOF pitcher inductees (Randy Johnson, John Smoltz and Pedro Martinez). One I never would have guessed, but here's a big hint. The only player to have 500+ hits for four different teams.
AverageJoesGym
Three strikes. Clyde actually asked this on the 2015 MLB Trivia page. I've got 2 of them: Gary Sheffield and A-Rod (he didn't give us any of the 4). LRCW got a 3rd: Rusty Staub. I've got no clue on the 4th.
UKMustangFan
Clyde's hint in the trivia thread gave the last one away to me....Has to be Ty Cobb.

Clyde
Answer is Cobb, Staub, Sheffield, ARod.
PP1
Griffey did not hit 1 in his forties, he only had about 30 AB's as a 40 year old. I would have bet money on Rickey Henderson but he was 20 when he was a rookie.
Sandman
Answer is Cobb, Staub, Sheffield, ARod. So here's our winner. Imagine Clyde settling the issue. Cobb is Cobb, most know his good and bad. I'd have never guessed Staub. I remember him as a pretty good hitter, but no idea he played in majors that young, nor that he played that long. I'd have guessed a 12 to 15 year career. Sheffield could hit early and often. Lots of baggage over the years, but he could hit. ARod is doing some good things late in his career, despite all the tarnishments involved. Honestly, I'm more of a fan of his now than ever before.
