July 28, 201511 yr When I started elementary school, a scientist came and talked about how likely the "big one" was going to be "soon." I was a nervous wreck, thinking it was going to be that day or that week. Needless to say, I'm almost 30 and have never had the "big one." They keep saying it, so they'll eventually be right.

Well if the 2015-16 Winter El Nino holds true to form they may have to worry about massive mud slides in California this winter.
