Top 10 CLEAN MLB players of Past 20 years

I think the guy who is #1 on that list juiced.

If JR juiced, the way his career played out would be a huge argument against the value of using PEDS. No PED pusher would ever want to use Junior as an example of the value of PEDS.

Juiced all through Seattle, got off of them in Cincy, fell apart, and couldn't stay healthy...

This is why I was a bit surprised the clean players did not speak up more loudly. Every player that played during the steroid era will always be a suspect of being a PED user. Until some evidence of use appears, I assume the player did not use.

What's is 'evidence' in your mind? A lot of what I see labeling someone a user is no different than what I've done with Jr.

Something with journalistic credibility, not an opinion or blog post. all the other people excluded from the list have been suspended or discovered as a user in a true investigation

I'm one that believes Pujols was not always clean.

His legs were HUGE. It's not crazy for me to think he juiced.

It's hard to prove a negative, in this case that they never took PEDs. I don't think any of them have been under any real suspicion or every had their names show up linked to PEDs outside of butthurt fans of other teams speculating about it.

There are many players who were not suspected to have taken stuff until it came out they did. I would say there is a huge amount of players who did especially during the 90s and early 2000s who did it but never got caught. Baseball allowed the steroid era to happen and they knew it was going on. So since they allowed it back then they shouldn't do a witch hunt to get the ones who did. Just have stuff in place like they do now to try to prevent it.

If he was using in Seattle, wouldn't he have gotten smaller when he came to Cincy, not bigger? He's still just as big now as he was then. Look at other guys who used now compared to then (specifically Bonds). They're tiny now.

I think he used in Cincy as well.

I can speculate and make a reasonable argument on every player in my top 10 as PED user.

Yep. You can speculate and make an argument for every player to ever play the game. Unless there is proof, I'm of the opinion they didn't use. If there is proof they used, I still don't care. :lol2:

You ever see his dad?

Just want to through this out there...

It's possible to get big without using. It's possible to be using, get big, stop using and stay big. Basically a persons size isn't necessarily proof of clean or dirty.

Jr's legs being big have as much if not more to do with genetics then anything. I have chicken legs. I could take all the roids I want and will most likely never have quads like Jr. Bonds being small now is due to him not working out the same way or as much as when he was playing. If you get big taking roids, then stop taking them but continue to workout in similar fashion to when you were on them you will retain most of your size. You will regress some but not like Bonds has.
