Bowling Green 2015/2016

Featured Replies

Basketball season for 2015/2016 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Bowling Green Remember, please be constructive.

They should be the favorite to win the 4th region and be a serious contender for the state title.

Their trio of Taylor, Jones and Wilson will be fun to watch for the next couple years.

Throw in Ayers and Carouthers and they will be tough to beat.

Probably my way too early choice for state champions

Definitely one of the first 3 or 4 teams that come to my mind.

EDIT.. someone else can break news of their new addition.

Lets just say they are very good now and went undefeated in Louisville earlier this week.

They may be talking about a transfer from Nashville. He played this week in Louisville with them.

Yes, he has some low D-1 offers.

I agree that they are hands down the team to beat in the 4th region and should at least make it to Saturday at state. I think you're underselling Ayers. He didn't have his best showing at state but he will be their best all around player next year.

Health is paramount to that. Perry has been somewhat injury prone and it seems to stunt his growth. I do still think their best all-around player will be Terry Taylor or Kyran Jones.

I agree that they can make a strong run, but the draw is going to be a big part of that too. For instance, no one in the 4th Region ever fares well against the 7th Region, and often not against the 11th Region either. It will be big to remain out of their crosshairs.
