Shampoo aisle brawl AKA What's wrong with people? <Language>

I guess I am not decent because there is no way I am getting between these two women. I am not going to risk a "he assaulted me", "he hurt me" or risk any type of lawsuit for two women who are willfully fighting. It's not like one of them was defenseless and got jumped by a group.

It would be different if one was pounding the others one head into the floor or hitting her over the head with a fire extinguisher...in those cases most decent people would try to intervene. But there is zero upside for anyone not personally involved with those two trying to split them up. Could have been a boyfriend or husband come in the middle of you trying to break it up, he doesn't know you then he's on you or worse. Just let them roll around until they tire out.

I agree that initially it looks like scooter lady is the most culpable in what transpired. But the other lady needs a visit from Child Services over telling her son to hit the other woman in the face and encouraging him to attack her.

Not way you get your kid involved in something like that.

In the litigious society we live in, I cannot blame anybody for saying I am not taking a chance of getting hurt or sued over two losers fighting in Walmart. No upside for getting involved and potential downside...

Dude, I've never been in a fight in my life! You give me way too much credit!

I've always thought of myself as the Fonz; act tough, talk tough and people won't mess with you. It's worked really well for me so far! :D

Thanks for clearing that up LA. When I saw the video, I was wondering if it could be LA getting riled up down near the compound...

Geez. Cull the herd.

I don't want to hear excuses for people who didn't break them up. Most of those people enjoyed the fight. I grew up in Covington with plenty of people like that. No way a decent human being capable of breaking that up doesn't do it. There is no way I see that and don't separate it.

Agreed! That is one of the problem these days, people make excuses to not get involved. It's either stuff like this, or being a witness to a crime, people don't want to help out and only concerned about themselves. It all boils down to the same thing, people want to make excuses on not getting involved.

Second woman arrested in wild Walmart brawl in Indiana

An Indiana woman who was filmed getting punched and kicked by a 6-year-old boy while brawling with his mom at a Walmart earlier this month has been charged.

Rebecca Mills, 39, was arrested for disorderly conduct Wednesday, two weeks after she and 34-year-old Amber Stephenson pummeled each other in the shampoo aisle of the Beech Grove Walmart June 4, the Indianapolis Star reported.

Stephenson, who was already facing a felony child neglect charge for involving her son in the wild spectacle, was slapped with a charge of disorderly conduct Wednesday.

The circus started after Mills, who cruised through the store in a motorized scooter and gray shirt, got mad at a Walmart employee who left full carts in the aisle while restocking the shelves, according to Marion County prosecutors.
