June 9, 201511 yr When at Frischs, small vanilla Pepsi with my fries dipped in tartar sauce. Beyond that the occasional orange crush/fanta. Water, coffee, and beer about 95% of the time with water winning 75% of the time!
June 9, 201511 yr I think the "easy" thing for a lot of people is to say "stop drinking soda, you'll lose weight," and that's not always the case. I've stopped drinking soda for months at a time and lost little to no weight. I don't think it's as big of a factor as many think. Or maybe I just don't drink enough for it to make a difference when I stop. Combination of factors and think not just what you are drinking in place of soda but how else your consumption habits are changed. You may crave more sugar and eat another 500 calories a day when not drinking soda. If you are serious about it keep a log of everything consume. Well... not everything.
