She he already worked at city hall and I bet she was just a horri le

co-worker and now that she is in charge the others already know how bad it will

be under her reign.

 

Or, it could just as easily been that the previous regime was corrupt as hell. If they leave office and destroy public files/documents in their wake, it seems pretty damning evidence to me.

Bingo. I had a suspicion I was pretty close on my assumption.

It does put it in a different light. As someone stated earlier, the truth will end up somewhere in the middle. It usually is.
