What does Western Hills need to do to improve in 2015? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Best class coming in they have had in a while, with the Robinson kid. I would guess they will be a young team but I am thinking realignment hurt them.

Realignment killed them. District is Lex Cath, Boyle, Garrard.

Yea dont think they can do better than 3rd in several years to come. Not sure how the out of district schedule is. To be better they just need to develp some depth and find an identity on offense.

Does anyone have a complete schedule for Western Hills? Are they not playing Franklin County this season?

Both coaches agreed to play Western Hills is trying to not play the game is the word I am getting, what a shame If true. Can't see any good reasoning in not playing each other.

Exactly. Franklin is better than Hills, but the talent level or school size level isn't such that it shouldn't be played (like Bourbon/Paris or Johnson Central/Paintsville). Plus, I would have to think it's a pretty big gate for the home team.

When you get drilled every year by both Franfort High and Franklin County I guess they have had enough! Now you have to add in the mix that Lex. Catholic and Boyle County will be in the same district I guess it was time to punt for Western Hills!

I have heard that Franklin is not honoring a signed contract that Western Hills has for a specific date. Not sure about Western Hills ducking them. Coach Miller is a stand up guy.

We play them the same week every year and this year they want to play in a bowl game instead. Not saying he isn't a stand up guy. The fact is there isn't going to be a game this year and that is the facts right now.

You heard wrong administration from Western Hills admitted mistake was on their end. It is a huge gate that will be missed out on. I Don't think Anyone things Coach Miller did it on purpose but he double booked and is backing out on FCHS, is the word I have been told by boosters. If FCHS signed a contract they will be fined or should have already.

So did either team pick up at 10th game?

I think it can be looked at as a win-win for both teams assuming they both can get a 10th game scheduled. Fc doesn't gain much by playing WH, beat them pretty badly most of the time, and WH is better off playing someone they can be a little more competitive with. Just MHO.

Tenth games just come up real easy in July don't they? To me it's a lose lose, big monetary loss for home team, and exciting atmosphere for both team and kids, and a in own game for bragging rights that is what the game is about.

No game scheduled for FC at this point. Big loss at the gate and the kids in Frankfort like to play each other! FC had a nine game regular season last year and I know they would like to play ten games if possible this year. There is still time find a game but nothing said at this point.
