Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University. He has taught 9th grade English, American Literature, British Literature, Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Drama at high schools in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. Dave has been trained in teaching English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Remedial Reading, as well as serving as the chair of his school’s committee for the promotion of Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE). Dave has also served as an athletic director, head football coach, and offensive coordinator for football programs at those high schools. He was selected as the Team Georgia Head Football Coach for the Indoor Georgia vs. Alabama All-Star Game. Dave is teaching freshmen English and coaching football and baseball.
