We had a total of 41 entries in the Sweet 16 contest that was open to premium (paid) members. A $100 first-place goes to the winner, with BGP merchandise prizes going to the second and third-place finishers. Once the results have been posted for 24 hours and if there are no errors in the scoring (always a possibility with ol' papa tabulating the results with his abacus), you can e-mail [email protected] to settle up. Here are the results of the games: Please double-check your score and send me a PM if I made a mistake.

#DirtyBoro (to my friends and poker buddies from Patterson & Westwood... this one is for you all... and your burgoo and BBQ is alright too).

Wow a 12 won this. Were all suck.

Wow a 12 won this. Were all suck.

Yep.

NOBODY picked Calloway County. Nobody,

One contestant picked Bowling Green past round 1;

Two contestants picked Owensboro to advance to the championship game.

17 of 41 entries picked no winners past the opening round. That number would have been WAY higher if not for CovCath.

The most popular state champ prediction was Ballard, with 27.

Not sure why, but the word "ignominious" just popped into my head.

Yes, it is both humiliating and disgraceful.
