Kentucky breaks routine by leaving Lexington early to beat snowstorm. Tennessee comes out on fire. Towns picks up 2 fouls in the 1st 54 seconds of the game. Booker has an off night from 3 (otherwise great game). Refs make some strange rulings on out of bounds and shot blocks. Announcers are thorougly excited. And then reality sits in wearing blue tank tops. Make no mistake UT is not great.........but this a good road win.

Yes, UK has silenced a lot of hostile SEC crowds this season.

Bottom Line : 26=0

I do believe that the Cats just, for the most part went through the motions tonight. 2nd Half showed the Cats playing better combined with as most all games the opponent wearing down and ending in an easy victory for U.K. I do wish that I had seen more fire out of the Cats. "Playing down" to the opponent can come back to bite these players. I hope that doesn't become the case and I don't think that it will.

Booker had an excellent game tonight as did T. Ulis. As always is the case .... An Absolute Silence by a UT Home Crowd is a Beautiful Song.

This U.K. Team also set a new all time Kentucky record tonight in winning 26 Consecutive games to start a season ! Hopefully more all time records are to come in this season.

As for now, next is Auburn and the bbq king himself:D, Bruce Pearl.

GO CATS !!

This season has me giddy, they play pretty bad IMO and still win by 18. Doesn't get much better than that

Jay Williams just said it perfectly. Cats win by 18 on the road and we are sitting here talking about how they can get better.

Enjoy the ride. And I need to take that advice the most.

As do I. Point taken. I always like the old saying about UK Fans ...."you can always tell a U.K. fan, you just can't tell them much".

That what I have said many time....enjoy the journey this team is taking you on. History was made last night. I won't see that again in my lifetime. Historic group this year and hopefully they aren't finished yet.

The "beer muscles" comment by Willie Cauley-Stein in the post game was classic.

"They get beer muscles and think they can play with you," Cauley-Stein said. "You have to come out ready to swing. Otherwise, you're going to get hit in the mouth a couple of times, and it's going to look like you are playing bad or going to look like they have a chance to win, and you have to try and turn it around in the second half."

Tennessee went Stone Cold Steve Austin in the second half. lol

And that's no stunner!
