Seems like he's with Dickie V quite a bit this year and was constantly with Jimmy Dykes before. Who would you rather have as your partner calling a game?

I pose the question because I know a lot of our board has a disdain for both.

Brad probably feels more comfortable calling Jimmy "partner" rather than Dick.

What happened to Jimmy? I can't remember the last time I heard him do a game.

I am a huge supporter of Jimmy Dykes. He never "sugar coated" things while he was doing games and always called it how it was.

Guard your yard, drive the nail, make a violent cut. I miss that. :thumb:

Not sure these guys have a preference. Still don't get the dislike toward sportscasters.

Thanks. I forgot all about that. Anyone know how they're doing? Are they making hard cuts to the basket?

I like both Dykes and Vitale. I love Vitale's passion though he does get a little crazy and annoying(and repetitive) at times. Dykes was entertaining as well and had a good knowledge of the game. I enjoyed his catch phrases as well. Wasn't Dykes an assistant coach at UK at one time?
