February 15, 201511 yr Author Thx but all is well........good severance and paid through the end of this month before it even starts.......essentially, getting paid to go on the week n Mexico that was already paid in full......less stress, new chapter.....
February 16, 201511 yr I spent more on my wife than all you cheapskates. I bought her a lovely hot water heater for the house and a nice water pump for her car. OK, so not too romantic but certainly practical. However, I would not recommend this for any who may be newlyweds.
February 16, 201511 yr My bride and I took a different route this year. 3:00 Mass at St Louis Church in Cincinnati (31 minutes - out the door). We avoided the crowded restaurant scene. Went to Jungle Jim's. They have 40 beers you can sample plus wine. You can then buy a cup of your favorite beer and walk around the store which is what we did. Picked up some shrimp and smoked salmon, wine, beer, crackers, and cheese - $73. Came home and chilled. Beer was tasty, smoke salmon and shrimp were tasty. Caught up on our DVR backlog. Chill night.
February 16, 201511 yr Author Clyde....no kidding but driving home from over the Rhine we passed St Louis right around 10 til 3 and I swear someone who looked like you walked across the street in front of our car......

I didn't cross the street. I parked down the block behind the church. It was jam packed.
February 16, 201511 yr Breakfast in bed, chocolates, flowers. I even got chocolate and flowers from my daughter's boyfriend. He's a suck up, for sure. :lol2:
