Letcher is in the 14th region Scribe, and Magoffin is traditionally the worst team in the 15th, which may be also the case this year, with Shelby Valley also being very weak this year.

I fixed Letcher. Magoffin is 3-3 against a decent schedule. Not world beaters but a decent schedule. I'll take a wait and see with them.

Not to be disrespectful , but the three wins they have are against very weak programs, and after looking at their regular season schedule, they are actually playing what could be the weakest regular season schedule around these parts.

 

Actually Johnson Central is a top 5 team in the region this year. They can beat any one of the top 5 teams and can loose to any of the top 5 teams, as can all of the other top 5 teams in the 15th this year. They are all pretty close in talent. JC has two of the top 5 pitchers in the region this year, and in tournament play are very capable of winning the 15th region.

 

I'm not going to rate any one of these teams, because I think they are all too close to rate, but I think you have Pikeville, Paintsville, Johnson Central, Allen Central, and Sheldon Clark ,as really in my opinion, the only teams having the pitching capable of winning the regional tournament. The trouble is one of the top teams will not be able to come out of the 57th district and advance to the regional tournament because of district drawing rather than seeding.

I think I'll stay with my original ranking of Pikeville and 4 out of the 57th as the 5 best.
