Firebird is right, we havent seen everyone yet. This is what I have seen so far.

 

1. Pikeville(very solid with good pitching)

2. Paintsville( very solid)

3. Johnson Central(havent seen)

4. Belfry( Chapman is for real, suspect pitching otherwise)

5. Lawrence County( Randy Keaton)

6. Sheldon Clark(very suspect)

7. Allen Central(no offense)

8. Phelps( with Stiltner on the hill they can compete)

9. Pike Central ( Disappointing)

10. No one else deserves a vote.

Was not questioning the position of Pikeville at all. Scratching my head on the others though.

I haven't seen all of these teams play and my Top 10 is based on what I have seen and what I have heard. It's JMO.

I knew where you were coming from Firebird. No problem here. You know where I stand.

They have one game in which they cannot hit the ball and they have no offense. They have gotten 6 players in their lineup with .300+ hitting, with 2 others right under the .300 mark. Granted, the struggled with Grimm vs. Paintsville, but to say that they have no offense is an overstatement in my opinion. 4 out of 5 games, they've had 10+ legitimate hits in each game with at least 5 HR's. They even got 5 hits vs. Grimm on a very good day for Grimm. Just arguing the point -- don't judge based on one performance. Even the best have off days because of a great pitching performance.
