What happened to Snapp?

Update thread said his knee bent awkwardly. Hopefully he can shake it off soon.

Oh no.

What happened to Snapp?

He went up for a contested layup and landed off-balance/awkwardly and was immediately in pain. It looked like his knee bent in a direction it's not made to bend.

Just found another member of my All Hair Team, Gibril Summers, Monroe Co...........He looks like Troy Polamalu. :thumb:

Owen is a very good team. Toftness is a nice player, and if he and McDonald can hit, they will be a tough out on March. Or this weekend.

Best of luck to Augusta. I graduated from Owen, but grew up in Bracken Co, so this was a game that interested me to say the least..wish I could have worked it out to make it.

Coach Hinson told Mike Fields that everyone thought Augusta would come down to Frankfort and lose 80-20.

C'mon. Enough with the ingenious "no one believes in us" nonsense. Its discrediting his own team. NO ONE thought that.

No one on BGPs seemed to think that.

Owen County was better defensively than I thought they would be but we didn't have very good shot selection most of the night. Little to know penetration as evidenced by the low number of FT we shot. They made us (Augusta) work hard for most everything we got. However, on the other end we didn't play well defensively at all. They seemed to score at will and we gave up many run out layups and interior shots. We had a bad night but I had never seen Owen play before last night and was impressed with their discipline and overall performance. If they play that way throughout the tournament they'll be a very tough out. The Panther's will regroup and get ready for upcoming District play learning from and getting better from the experience.

Any word on how Snapp is doing. Hated to see him go down with that injury.

I agree. It's about time to stop playing that card.

Hate to hear of any player getting hurt. Hope the young man is ok.
