We still don't know everything that happened yet (and maybe never will) but to the folks on here that wanted the Patriots to forfeit the game or have other drastic things happen to them, this is why you cannot crucify a team because of a couple of "reports" about something. You have to wait to get the facts.

 

Now we know why the NFL wants this to GO AWAY...not because its the Patriots (for some reason, some on here seem to think the league loves the Patriots)...its because one of the NFL guys is doing things against the rules and it makes the NFL look worse...which is hard to do after the year the NFL has had.

Now here's the question. Is the kicking ball situation related to the deflated footballs or unrelated?

 

It could be entirely unrelated and doesn't clear the Patriots. Could just be horrible luck for the NFL official that the Patriots' footballs were deflated and the NFL was looking into the video.
