Jared Shoemaker had the game-winning rebound & putback.

Shoemaker with the put back off Snapp's miss at the buzzer.

Shoemaker is a sophomore, 5'9" left hander with potential to provide the 6th man Hinson desperately needs.

Was a great game to watch. Seems like Paris never led from what I can remember. I could be wrong. Nip and tuck all night. Very good win for the Panthers. Coach Hinson assured me last night his boys would come ready to play and would not be flat like in the St. Patrick game. Once again Coach delivered as did his kids. They play with a lot of drive and passion.

Paris missed a ton of layups and shots in the paint.

Panthers keep composure and pull this one out. Strong defensive effort from the team. Garrard scored a game high 20 but had little help. He was completely gassed by the 4th quarter. It'll take another strong defensive effort and smart game offensively to win on Saturday night. Best of luck to Augusta!!!

Shoemaker sends Augusta to All "A" final

I was at both games watching all the games Saturday including st pat vs Augusta and Augusta vs Paris last night

I don't think it was a question of Augusta coming out flat against st pat. It was a 1 pt game at end of first and I think 3 pt game at halftime

I think the difference was defense tonite on both sides of the ball and Paris not capitalizing on turnovers and freethrows and Augusta being able to hold on and put the game away.
