at least you got to see the good times in 81-82, 87-88, sorry about the rest of your time, especially the 90's.

So constantly complaining is the only way to determine if fans want a team to improve?

No, but claiming the players that fail time and time again aren't the issue but rather come up with excuses after excuses tells me those fans are content with the same old same old.

Wanting better performance isn't complaining, it's common sense for the sane.

The best was the first Super Bowl run only because it was so unexpected.

You're correct, wanting better performance isn't complaining....What has happened to the Pro Football forum since Sunday afternoon most certainly is though.

Like Hoard.

Cannot stand the Bengals schill that is Dave Lapham. Dude is terrible. He's nothing more than a glorified cheerleader that does nothing but take away from the broadcast with his constant outbursts. Whenever a big play happens, you never know until after the fact because he starts screaming and hollering like a 10 year old girl while Hoard is trying to describe what's unfolding to the listeners.

You don't support the team, yet you want the owner to make changes? You have every right to make demands of him!!

Good point. After the league went to 16 games, the first 3-4 years the Bengals were really bad. People kept waiting for the wheels to fall off that year until late in the year when confidence started to grow.

I mean this when I say this, I think he is awful, all the guy does is complain, it can be football, or uc basketball, and he goes on about a call or no call for 10 min. There's a reason no MLB team has ever hired him as a play by play guy, he's more of a homer then Lapham. He's way to nasally for me, his voice hurts my ears, I think he's terrible. Not surprised the Who-Deyers love him, he's a perfect fit.

I cannot disagree more...I think Hoard is VERY GOOD at both hoops and football. I think you are in a very small minority in your dislike for Hoard too.

1) $8.00 beer

2) Orange jerseys

3) Preseason full price tickets

4) Mike Brown as GM

5) ROAR Drum team

I like the Orange Jerseys but I agree on the other four.
