Went back and watched - I have no idea how Ramsey didn't complete that INT. That was the easiest one he'd ever have. Didn't even look like he took his eyes off it.

That's probably a tougher decision than you'd think to turn down a personal foul penalty that wasn't deadball. Oregon is known to go for it, and 4th and 6 still pretty terrifying. But 3rd and 21 could still turn into something for Oregon.
