About 3-4 miles off the Taylor Mill Exit, right on (new) Taylor Mill Rd.

The building has been there a long time. It used to have other names but I can't remember one of them right now.

That's a shame. Missing out on really good food because of a stupid name. Sounds childish to me. :idunno:

 

As childish as the name. I'm sure there are parents who skip this place so they don't have to explain the name to their kids. Plenty of other options for wings without having to hit a place on the historic S Kenton Redneck Trail.

Those parents are stupid. It's a name. Name's of a lot of places are stupid. It's a way to stand out. Nothing more, nothing less.

 

Didn't know Taylor Mill residents were rednecks. Guess I need to practice my twang some more.

I apparently am childish as well, because I think the name is overly corny and I'm not a fan. To Yank's point, I can get good wings at a million places. I haven't gone back to Copper Blue in Milford because they have chicken thumbs on their menu. The beautiful thing about restaurants are there are 1,000,000 of them around Cincinnati, so I don't need much of a reason to find a different one. Don't be corny, that is my rule.

I'm curious what restaurants meet your standards though. Every dang one of them is corny as can be whether it be their name, menu options, advertisements, etc.

I wouldn't call the parents stupid. You run a business, decisions you make affect whether people will come in your door. Certain cultures only like certain numbers (lucky) or colors. If you are looking to attract that culture, you're going to be sure not to offend that culture. Heck of a lot of churches on Old Taylor Mill. You think a lot of the congregations are beating their door down. Heck of a lot of folks who don't think it's an appropriate name. Just saying.

Yes, they aren't hurting at all. Place is packed pretty much every night.

I'm not really a fan of the name either. A restaurant's name isn't going to prevent me from eating there though. Things that actually matter like service, quality of food, environment will. It knocks all 3 out of the park IMO.
