Anyone else watching this gritty drama on Netflix?

 

Very well done story of the various gangs, specifically the Shelby family empire set in Birmingham England in the early 1920's after WWI.

 

Cillian Murphy plays Thomas Shelby, head of the Shelby gangster family

Sam Neill plays Chief Inpector Campbell, commissioned to stop corruption

Tom Hardy plays Alfie Solomons, a Jewish gang leader and bootlegger

I dig it.

Do you watch it with the closed caption on? I do due to the strong dialects.

I watched the first season and enjoyed it. Sam Neill is very good.

I don't have a problem understanding them. There was one character in season one that I had to pay closer attention to.

After one season it seems it's enough to keep me interested.
