If not, what I'm trying to say is, I wonder if it'll change, providing results, as the tourney progresses?

 

In past years, there has never been updating except manual posting to charts on the wall in the lobby. Because of the complexities of the many loser's brackets, it's very difficult to track this tournament unless you refer to the charts or print up a copy of the online pdf file and carry it with you for updating.

 

The bracket will be printed in the program, but they charge a lot for those the first 2-3 days. Tip: They'll be half price or free by the last couple of days of the tournament.

Who will be there? I'll be there for most of it. Super geeked!!!!!

Our intrepid 11th region correspondent Joker’s Wild 24 has promised to make an appearance at this event. My son and I are hoping to renew that acquaintance when we attend on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Looking forward to Boyle vs. Bryan Station Friday, and a good card on Saturday. Might have to duck out to a neighborhood watering hole around 2 Saturday for UK-UL. And Joker owes me a beer!

I wondered about that too since the girls' tourney has the same name. Most folks still call it the Republic Bank Classic or some derivation of such.

You can grab a giant slice of many ready made choices for $4 bucks and some change.

 

Personally I've had better and don't think it's anything to write home about.

 

With that said, it's not terrible either.

 

I have a problem with dough because it seems to give me terrible heartburn, so I lean more towards places with super thin, and better yet wood fire crust.

Love it. They sold of at the tourney last year. I hope they do again this year.

No Goodfellas this year. They are selling Mad Mushroom instead. Mad Mushroom was a college favorite. However their claim to fame are their cheese sticks and they were sadly not on the menu.

The Mad Mushroom is good. I've had 3 pieces already. More is on the way.
