The Buckeyes just completely embarrassed one of the very best defenses in the country and stopped maybe the most potent running attack, one of the best RB's in college football. Message Sent. Statement Made. now tOSU has three Heisman trophy cantidates at QB. (just kidding, maybe :lol2:) Haters gonna hate but this was the single most impressive games played by any team this season. Should OSU not be in the playoff, punch their ticket the next two seasons at least. Meyer now has depth and speed at practically every position and still building. I personally think that it's going to be hilarious reading / watching some of the "reasons" / "excuses" / all out "whining".......it's not a question of "IF", only "when" ! Urban Meyer along with Nick Saban of course are THE two best coaches in college football.....period.

As long as OSU has Urban, they are going to be a force. He is IMO the equal of Saban or very close at least.

Urban Meyer is like the John Calipari of college football in many ways. People question them, fans of opposing schools hate them, the public has their doubts, but damn if they don't win.

OSU could still get their butts whooped by Bama this year, I think they are a year away from bringing in another SEC top 3 national class to Cbus. That's the biggest change, he's not taking as many Ohio kids, he's differing to the athletes he brought to UF, plus he's an elite coach.

I honestly believe that and although no one can predict it I am saying now that seeing OSU Win the NC next season wouldn't surprise me at all.

They are as deep as any team in the country with their skill positions. I know Stephen personally, wonderful kid and excellent family. I don't know how it's gonna work out for him with JT being a frosh and 5 star QB Torrance Gibson coming in next year, along with Mr Ohio football QB Joe Burrow who threw for 63 TDs this season.
