November 27, 201411 yr Bacon really is the greatest thing. Just fried me up 1/2 lb for dinner. Never realized before how quickly I can devour that stuff. Took 3 minutes tops. I prefer mine crispy. Nothing more depressing than seeing some poor sap eating flimsy chewy bacon. I'd rather have might burnt than chewy. They don't understand what they're missing. So how do you prefer yours cooked?
November 27, 201411 yr Ummm...I can eat it any way. I don't like it REALLY limpy, but just about anyway will do.
November 27, 201411 yr Author Don't get me wrong, chewy bacon is better than no bacon, but it pales in comparison to its crispy counterpart.
November 27, 201411 yr I will add...Pork is God's gift to humans. I know most people are prefer chicken or beef, but for me, it's all about the porcine.
November 27, 201411 yr Having bacon wrapped chicken tonight! I like it a little more crispy than chewy. Plus, I think how I'm going to eat it plays a part. On a sandwich, I like a little chew. Just eating some slices, crispy.
November 27, 201411 yr I voted for chewy, but I really like it in between chewy and crispy. I don't like it flimsy, but I don't like it really crispy either. It should be stiff enough to hold shape, but not brittle.
November 27, 201411 yr Maybe if Radical Muslims would eat Bacon they wouldn't be as violent, I mean face it...everyone is in a good mood after eating Bacon!
November 27, 201411 yr Author Every now and then I tell myself I'm swearing off bacon because of how unhealthy it is. Then I wake up from my nightmare and fry me up a batch.
November 27, 201411 yr Every now and then I tell myself I'm swearing off bacon because of how unhealthy it is. Then I wake up from my nightmare and fry me up a batch. Unhealthy? A pile of bacon is a low-carb, gluten-free salad.
November 27, 201411 yr Ummm...I can eat it any way. I don't like it REALLY limpy, but just about anyway will do. I could take this to the "gutter", but I'll refrain. :lol2:
