No discredit meant to Baker. Maybe you need to lighten up a bit. Highlands bent and didn't break. It's as simple as that.

 

 

And I don't care if you don't care. And nothing to lighten up about. And Baker did break Highland's defense on 2 occasions tonight.

No it's comments like that that make a lot of people hate Highlands fans. JD was proud of the game Baker had against possibly the best program in the state, and their fans try to discredit Baker's big night because his team loss.

 

Hence the reason for starting a thread like this...

 

Why not just post in the Highlands Ashland final thread and tell us how proud you are of Baker and I am sure nobody will disagree with you. Nobody is discrediting the young mans incredible feat but rather wondering why it is such a big deal especially for a 4 Star D1 recruit playing against an mediocre Highlands team...

Happy for him, really, but Nick Kendall scored four times and gets to play again next week. No idea what kind of yardage he had, but his 24 points trump Baker's 12. It's the only measuring stick that matters in November and December.

Nobody had 250 in this one but the four dudes from Warren Central combined for 669 yds rushing last year.

 

Central had 716 in that game...had three guys with over 160
