It's cool. All my favorite Kentucky games happened while Billy Clyde was coaching so I get it.
November 12, 201411 yr Completely irrelevant to the thread, but sort of not...my boss literally just gave me a piece of the 2013 NCAA Final 4 floor signed by Rick Pitino. I say literally as in just left my office after bringing it to me.

November 12, 201411 yr Your boss must think you're quite the employee. Nice gift and congrats on being a super-valued member of the team. He's an IU fan. I'm not sure how he came by it. And I'm not sure he understands the full value of it to someone like me. :lol2:
November 12, 201411 yr Another one at the top of my list is the last game at Freedom Hall against Syracuse. I had been watching basketball in Freedom Hall since the early 1970's and been a U of L season ticket holder since 1986. I was sad that we were moving (in hindsight, I'm glad that we did). I scalped some extra tickets so that my then 10-year-old son and some of his buddies could go and have memories of the last U of L game at Freedom Hall. And then, when Kyle Kuric went off and the whole place erupted time and time again, it was the absolute perfect ending to Louisville basketball in cherished Freedom Hall.

That game happened while I was in law school. So glad I had access to season tickets for that last year in Freedom Hall. Just an unreal atmosphere. I've never heard a noise like that in my life.
November 12, 201411 yr The Miracle on Main in 2011 when Louisville came back from 17 down against Marquette with six minutes left is really high on my all-time list but doesn't have any real significance as far as banners go. I was at that game. Definitely one of my favorites.
November 12, 201411 yr I was at that game. Definitely one of my favorites. Come on, you're not going to "like" my post above? That hurts Deuce!!

November 13, 201411 yr Fun exercise here at the moments before the dawning of a new season. CD Kaplan made a list here. Any games ol' Seedy K missed out on? Remember when UofL used to play Dayton every year? Me too. PITINO'S RUNNIN' SCURRED!! I can't help but read every word of that in his voice.
