Impressive showing by Ryle. I was really impressed by their "O" line! Great blockers. Not big, but disciplined. CCH looked very disorganized at times. I wasn't really thrilled by their coaching. I guess having a former Bengal on staff is not so helpful.....

Cov Cath scored to start second half and got a defensive stop. So down 13 with the ball half way through third. A tipped and juggled pick over the middle then made the home too deep.

7 combined TD in first 13 minutes of the game 21-28.

Ryle might put up 80!

Ryle's rushing attack is amazing - looked like Nebraska of the 80's-90's. Line up, here it is - you can't stop us. Very impressive - good luck in the future young Raiders! Congrats also to a "game" CCH team - Ryle was simply too much for anyone this year.

That is what happens in freshman ball. One great player can dominate a game.

Gotta laugh at that series of posts. I make a comment. Clyde certifies it as accurate and he gets the likes and the follow up repost bingo. That's funny. The retweeter gets the likes. What part did the former Bengal play in the "disorganized" approach? The part where Cov Cath ran for @ 200 yards- or the part where they passed for @ 200 yards? Cause I'm not following.

Ryle's offense ran it down their throat- couldn't stop it- no one could this year. Not making excuses but

that's the facts.

Cov Cath had a terrific year IMO- last minute loss to SK, OT loss to Conner in a mud pit and this loss. Developed the kids on both sides of the ball. There will be some names to listen for in the years to come out of this bunch.

Pretty sure that in a championship game developing players was last on the list for both teams. Most development happens in practice, not at live fire game time. None of you including me know how many reps the other kids get at practice. I find it a little humerous that we win the championship game and outsiders find fault with how it was won. Like we cheated and it just wasn't

I don't coach on the team or in the program so I can't answer that truly. I would believe that you coach hard in practice and play as many as can handle game time speed and strength. Can't say how many kids are first year players and have no experience. Yes it is better for the program to have more players game ready. I would like to see kids getting settled in where they fit and can learn to play the positions that fit there strengths. Unless you see the kids day in and out you can't say that isn't happening. I did hear one of the coaches say early in the year that they had a lot of numbers but not a lot of experience. Hope the kids that really want to be there stick it out.

I don't buy the inexperience card. Thought I heard or read that this group either won outright or went deep into the state middle school playoffs last year. Were they also inexperienced last year when they played almost everyone both ways- and the year before that? Just don't get the point.

They didn't have 50 on their team. Cant say how many but it wasn't close to 50. By the way I was extremely impressed with Cov Cath's Qb. I thought he had good arm strength for a freshman and threw very nice accurate balls. He has the ground work and potential to be a great Qb.
