I hope HHS wins it all this year...as a HHS fan, I am a little concerned about next year...not just because of this score but because of other things I have heard about the talent level coming up the next year or two. I also think if the HHS admin and coaches were confident about the next couple of years, they would renew the series with Elder. Am I worried for no reason??

I know your thoughts on the matter UK:)...I am really asking the HHS fans out there for their honest opinion...especially the ones who know the upcoming classes at HHS because I really don't.

HHS's track record would tell us that they find ways to make lemonade out of lemons. The kids are part of a great program, work extremely hard in the offseason, and are very well coached. Until proven otherwise, I will assume that HHS will be a force for years to come.

Last year a Highlands fan told me they will be down for a few years.

It is a shame Elder elected not to play the Shamrocks for the near future.

They may want to next year to take HHS' place. I know Elder thinks they will have a good team back too.

I am also concerned, don't know if it's justified.

HHS would not have volunteered to "play up" if they felt the talent was not going to be there. Go Birds, bury the Purples for the next few seasons.
