I dont know about leaving but i hear Roger Zornes is getting back into coaching somewhere. Which is good he is to good of a coach not to be on some schools bench.

Yeah, lost to some kids team named Mayo, by 1 or 2 pts.

I thought I heard someone say that Pratt was leaving after the way he was treated after their last game. I wouldnt blame him for leaving. That was horrible.

 

I have heard that too as well.. but i would hate for coach to leave like that.. He is such a great man, person, and coach. I hope he stays around to hang a banner.

I am pretty sure that there is more to it than that, but that is part of it. he is a big family man and wants to spend more time with them. But after the way some parents treated him, I wouldn't lame him if he wanted to leave. It isn't worth it to put up with jerks like that.

I dont know the sistutation, but the athletic department at Menifee County needs to relize that they are never going to win bringing a new coach in every year. Learning new styles of play every year, and trying to adapt to it is very diffcult. In a successful program, the system is the same year in and year out, and kids learn and get use to playing that way. Menifee needs to get a coach, and keep him.:irked:

Calm down. No one knows if he is leaving or not. According to some of the players, Coach Combs is planning summer games. That doesn't really sound like someone thats leaving.

I wasnt upset, just saying that getting a new coach every year isnt the answer.

True.....but we don't always get to make those decisions.
