Just depends on what type of defense you are running against. But,,,in looking at some of the top backs that have been in this area like Travis Elliot,, the Bradley kid at Cooper,, and Simpson kid from SK,,, he is not in their league. Just my opinion.

A week ago, I watched Dixie throttle the Camels, then this past Friday I saw Ryle struggle with the Camels. My take on it, Ryle can't handle Dixie on either side of the ball. I think the Ryle - Simon Kenton game gave many some false hope. I believe Dixie wins this one by as much as they want.

Why don't we wait until England plays vs Dixie to determine who is the best RB? In my my mind it's Drew Moore. I know, he's a QB you say, but he still is the best runner I've seen. I don't care about yards, lot of variables with that. I look at YPC. England is a power kid, Powell more of a shifty back but does run hard. Both kids avg over 7 yards a carry, but so do a lot of other backs in the area. I would say England has played the tougher schedule of the two by a large margin. To label them as two best backs is very myopic, not sure where they get that tag from?

One could argue that CovCath beat Dixie badly and Ryle beat CovCath. Granted bigger time lapse but still a fact.

Ryle beat a depleted Cov Cath team, they were missing 4-6 starters against Ryle. Still a good win, but not quite as impressive as it may seem.

He is a good back,,, and I agree he does seem to get lost in the conversation. #27 from Cooper is also another good back,,very shifty and quick. I think it will a decent game between Dixie and Ryle,, looking forward to seeing this game.

This...Luke Zajac is #27 for the Dixie Heights Colonels and you are correct Phantom. Luke is the guy you want to be in the foxhole with going into battle. High motor, leads by example, and I know of numerous athletes who through the course of this season have had to buy new athletic supporters haven fallen victim to #27s "fleet of footness."

 

He also has a very mean stiff arm...

 

More importantly please note Dixie Heights is very aware of Ryles emergence, hard nosed approach, and by all means we respect and know what the Raiders are capable of...

Everybody talks about Cov Cath missing starters because they complain about it. Ryle was missing starters as well and had guys playing hurt. Dixie is probably the better team but cant compare scores or anything else, just have to play the game.
