I believe this is a bit of an upset.

Flyers came out focused. Took the 1st series in on a 80 yd. TD run by Landon Hurst. Only 11 plays on O for the Flyers in the 1st half but they lead 14-7. A ton of big plays on O for the Flyers. Big District win. Flyers can clinch home field advantage if they win next week. Back to work guys! Go Flyers!

Must have been. I don't think anyone picked Anderson in the CKY weekly contest.

Big plays tonight by Jhanny Rodriguez and QB Barrett Sanderson also. Flyer D was spot on most of the game too. Great tackling and pursuit. Demarcus Kennedy with a long TD reception too.

Congrats to the Flyers. Looks like they will be district champs.

Franklin County did a great job of shutting down the Anderson County option attack. I was really glad to see Barrett Sanderson have a really good game at QB. He threw and ran the ball very well! Great team effort!

Game could be counted as un upset, but the Flyers have had potential all year they lost to Beechwood playing an awful game against a great team. The other loss they have was against a far lesser opponent and they gave up 7 turnovers and played flat. Friday they came to play and took the wind out of Anderson County's sail quickly. Not sure what this team has in store for us they seem to be up and down but there is some potential in FCHS.

Shocked, but proud of the Flyers to take the victory.

Anderson is no slouch flyers just came to play, Anderson will get better and be a tough out if the two meet again.
