Is there anything more satisfying than logging onto BGP and seeing that you received some likes?

I use my phone a lot to access BGP if I'm out or watching TV. Forum Runner works well.

I use my iPad, not my phone...

What kind of fun do you have? Forum Runner has sucked on my Iphone ever since the last software update.

I used to use forum runner. But now that I've upgraded to Galaxy S5's for my phones, the full site works well and I can "like" all over the place!

You have to ask Clyde what kind of fun he has? Seriously?????? :D

Am I the only one that NEVER gets on BGP via my phone? If I can't be on a PC or my I-pad, I'm not on. I have the ForumRunner app, it works well, but for whatever reason, I've just never adopted that as a way I like to enjoy and take in this fine environment.

Nope... you're not alone.

I might be old fashioned, but I still very much dig my laptop that I never carry with me, and maybe somewhere along the line I'll gravitate to a phone, but for now this is the way I like to roll.

It's rare when I'm out that anyone will ever catch me even holding my phone, (or any other device for that matter) as I still very much prefer to navigate through life hands free.

For me there's a point where I have to draw the line with my internet addiction, and I only use my cell in the rare situation that I need to make a quick call. It's rare too that I even text. I might even go 7-10 days sometimes without using my cell for anything.

I'm definitely behind the times with how everyone uses their cell, but I figure that 99% of the time I can just wait until I get home to play catch up.

What most people now take for granted and do on their cells instantaneously and constantly, I'm mostly not even near first base about, and for reasons of not wanting to one day be left completely in the dust, I at least try to stay a little bit privy to what's available, but still for the most part I have very little experience with doing much at all.

Hopefully my lack of all the current day activity will not come back to bite me and that I can continue to live in this world at the pace of my choosing and not have to learn and relearn and upgrade every 5 minutes as it seems everyone else is doing. I know that I'm just as capable as anyone, but my needs don't seem to change as quickly as it seems to for the general public.

Never had a problem.

I still haven't updated to the new iOS so I can't vouch for that.

BBF, your posts are so long that everyone knows you don't post from your phone.

That's hilarious.

See... there's a benefit to just rattle ones fingers over the key board like an old fashioned typist and not be riddled with the cumbersomeness of an itty-bitty gadget that most people hunt and peck on. Even tablets are annoying to type on for folks who like to "go to it".

Take a wild guess how often I twit a tweet on Twitter?

Where's the fun in that?

Need to get them off their phones and on a laptop!

I mostly post on my laptop, for what it's worth. I usually only get about 5-10 minutes worth of use on ForumRunner before it inevitably crashes.

I don't like using Forum Runner but I never have it crash when I do use it.

The only problems I have with Forum Runner are when people posts schedules or stats. For example, when theoldguy used to post stats, it was a bunch of mumbo jumbo on forumrunner. Likewise, some stats & schedules are impossible to decipher. When I try to scroll through the post, Forum Runner freaks out & closes.

Other than that, no issues for this guy.

My phone is ancient so I think it has more to do with that than anything.
