It matters because I know a good football team when I see one. McCracken has it's flaws as does Mayfield. Some NKY fans think that area plays the best football and while they play a good brand of competition up there, it's not necessarily the best. I can't really tell you exactly what I think of BW because I haven't seen them in person but I got a pretty good idea. I wouldn't expect Mayfield to come up there and run all over BW but I would expect a win if we play as capable.

 

And so do I. And Dixie and Mt Healthy are two of them, yet you guys keep wanting to brush them off, again because I think you feel your opinions matter more. Beechwood has played as good, if not better, a schedule to this point. That's all I'm saying. Not even arguing BW vs Mayfield. Simy refuting your thoughts that the schedule is that much more superior. Mt Healthy is better than any team the cards have played.

I just get sick and tired of hearing the nky fans and others run that mouth about beating Mayfield. Every year is blah blah blah. And every year its Mayfield whooping that butt. So until your team can do it. Just keep your mouth shut.

 

 

Now, this is just funny! Majority of the posts in this thread are from Mayfield fans. Another Mayfield fan resurrects a 4 year old thread to stir the pot and majority of the posts there are from Mayfield fans. You try to paint it as Mayfield against the world, that's just not the reality!

Mt Healthy may be better than any team we have played and maybe not. I believe that 4 of Mayfield's 1st 5 games were solid teams that Mayfield came through with a good understanding of what this team is about. Number 1 is we learned we have a solid defense that will get better. We have a young QB that is getting better. We have a team that when it gets behind , they can come back. Mayfield has a young team that will contend for the class 1A title this season and they have the youth, depth and talent to contend for the 2A title in the next 3 years.

Still all I hear is BLAH BLAH BLAH. Dont worry guys next year you won't have to worry about beating Mayfield (oh my you guys won't have anything to talk about anymore). We will LET beechnut win it all next year
