Physical is ok and actually preferred so the strongest team wins. Multiple red cards over the course of a few games sounds like more than "big girls" soccer.

Was not there, but after the very dissapointing display of sportsmanship(disgusting verbal abuse, cheap shots away from the action, a red card for a very dangerous, malicious act) from the Camels at the Scott game, cannot say I am surprised that there was ANOTHER red card for Campbell. This starts/ends with the coach. Coach-control your players, teach them what this is supposed to be about.

This HHS team much better than team camels faced in scrimmage, improved speed and understanding on D did not allow the easy scores like last time the met, felt HHS controlled the game and missed a lot of chances to score. Could have been 4-5 to 0. HHS playing a tough

schedule and showing improvement, will be interesting to see how they do come playoff time.

The Head Coach did not get the card, it was a something one of his assistants said to the Middle referee. Next the Highlands girls play just as rough, so what game was you at?

Being fast does not make you a good defender. Far too many fouls committed and one cost them a pk. Heard they lost a game ona similar play earlier in the year. There was a play on sideline right in front of fans were Campbell player went down, jumped up and got right into HHS players face. Ref came over and stoped it right away. I totally agree with you about HHS D, it has been problem from start but getting better. Some young players still learning, but speed does help get you back in play when you make mistake, can not coach speed. HHS was tied with ND until last minute of game when they had major D breakdown, I would call that a contender.

I never once said it was head coach, go back and read posts. I said Campbell's coach, never claimed to know which coach, just that coach on campbell was given a yellow card. The bench players and several coaches could be heard yellling at refs several times during the match. I thought it was a little over the top IMO. You must be late to the discussions on here, because I have talked alot about the HHS coach. There are lots of rumors that are flying around and I will not comment on any of those until the facts are out.

And here we go again with the Coach Wiefering rumors. A high school soccer game is public knowledge. People are there watching the game, see what's happening on the field, and hear what's being said. I think Morris is a class act. Have never seen any thing to make me think differently. As to why their bench got a yellow card....who cares. Now someones personal life is exactly that...PERSONAL. So lets leave it that way. As it was stated before....RUMORS. This is getting to be like a bunch of gossiping hens around the hen house. I have heard 50 different stories and not one of them are the same. Someones personal life should not be discussed on this website.

I am sorry but "Tweety Bird" is the one that called it embarrassing for the school. Both teams were playing hard nose soccer, both coaching staffs were yelling at the Middle Ref, and well as the benches. The red card was deserving to the Campbell player as she got caught for retaliation for what the Highlands player did to her.

What was most embarrassing was the way the parents in the stands(both sides) were actting. The little girl of the Campbell parent begging him to stop had more sense than the parents! I felt really sorry for the sweet little girl.

That was sad. The girl was trying to make them stop. It was also amusing to listen to the Camel fan use a Bonanza reference with the name calling of "Hoss" and the Birds fan saying "You want a piece of me". Absolute joke. Parents always turn on each other about a call the ref made. The ref made the call not one parent or the other. If you want to be upset then be upset at the ref. My rule when watching a game is this....don't use "she" or "#". That is calling out someone's child and people take that personally. It's much easier to say "that's not a foul" or "they have been doing that all game". If the other teams parents have a rebuttal to that then they are a little to defensive and should probably "take a chill pill". That 80's lingo might be better than, you want a piece of me. It's a high school soccer game, stop embarrassing yourselves.

I know next time HHS and CampbellCo play, I'll be hanging out up on the hillside instead of the field.
