Your thoughts

I nominate Tre Boards of BG. Know he had 2 picks last Friday against an excellent Lex Cath offense. The first one was on the first series and was a big momentum swing.

How many people on BGP can name 5 defensive backs in 5A football?

I can name 5 on my home team, couldn't name another 5 if I had to.

Outside of my own team I pull for, I couldn't tell you 5 others altogether across all classes.

This would be a 13 page thread if it were titled "Best DB on Highlands JV Team"....

....and if SK was in 5A, we would already know that the top 5 DB are Pioneers and they are all D1 prospects. :bunny:

South Warren has like 6 or 7 D1 DB's and they're 5A...wait, no they're, what, 3A?...but they have 5A numbers...and all those D1 guys...I'm confused.

Anyways, if South Warren and Simon Kenton played, just imagine all the talent in the defensive secondary.

George Gregory and Jake Johnson from Pulaski County. The problem is they play sparingly on defense as they're also 2 of the top receivers in 5A.

Welcome to the site!!

You may find in the future that offering up your suggestion (in this case, Tre Boards) and why up front will stimulate the conversation a little faster. Additionally, although I'm certain it wasn't your intention, when you ask for the best of anything and then only offer up one person, it appears that the entire thread was just to give that person their just due. In those cases, often times, just being open about "Tre Boards of Bowling Green High School" will make the thread more clear and will again garner it even more posts.

Look forward to your involvement this year, check out the Premium Member forum for some fun threads, and enjoy the Purples' season.
