Jeremiah Bell is no longer at Butler. He is at Boyle County now.

 

He should be higher than #30. No question.

Some interesting rankings for sure.

It would be great to get all these guys together in a gym. These ranking go out the door once people really see some of the kids play. There are about 10 kids that would separate themselves from the others. After that, the list doesn't really matter.

If Bell becomes coach-able at Boyle Co, he can be special and do great things for the team. He had a bad Jr year at Butler where he missed a lot of games which hurt the team because he did not accept the new coach.

It would be great to get all these guys together in a gym. These ranking go out the door once people really see some of the kids play. There are about 10 kids that would separate themselves from the others. After that, the list doesn't really matter.

 

I think this top 10 consists of quality players, but I also think there are a lot of other really nice players scattered throughout the rankings (beyond the top 10) that would also hold their own.

The top ten is pretty solid but after that I believe there are some obvious holes.

There are 15 kids on this list that have at least 1 D1 offer. I read that the class of 2017 already has 11 kids that have D1 offers (though those early offers sometimes go away). Looking at the names for 2016, it's not unreasonable to think they'll end up in double figures as well.

 

It seems to me that these are considerably higher numbers than in the past???

The 2015 class does seem to be a solid class. I am not sure what is the best way to define it however if we define it by D1 offers (not saying I know a better way). Is a "low" D1 offer (like NKU) a better offer than a "high" DII school? Is being the end of the bench for a D1 a better situation than lets say starting for DII? I guess it depends on what the kid and his family want, I am sure there is no wrong answer.

Yea... call me a homer for the 11th if you want, but if you are one of the best players there, you deserve to be on a list of top 40 kids in your class more often than not.

 

He's one of the four best in the 11th next season, and all of those aren't even seniors (Williams).

Again. A lot of this evaluation comes from summer AAU. Logistically I get it. It's much easier to get looks at multiple kids but some kids don't excel in that setting and It plays to others strengths! It's a create your own shot mentality and a get to the rim mentality. Really difficult to find the the right fit. Too many take these rankings too seriously. Several kids left off this list that makes me think the eval or the process is flawed. All nice players here no doubt but some of the omissions are numbing!

Drew McDonald is ranked a little too low in my opinion.
