Big win for the Wildcats; congratulations. I honestly didn't see this coming.

Newport has some athletes with size up front. Walton's special teams hurt them bad tonight. Newport ran the opening kick off back, had a snap over the punter's head giving Newport the ball inside the 10, missed field goal and missed extra points. Will Latimore had a huge first half and was not able to go in the 2nd half.

 

Newport will give everyone they play trouble. Big play ability and strong up front.

 

Bearcats will be back.

Wow this is an impressive win for the Wildcats. How did Paul price play in this one?

Good effort by the Bearcats tonight. Newport is very athletic and very big up front with 74 Johnson and 75.

Price had a good game with some yards on the ground and scored a couple TD's. 25 is a load up the middle.

Price hides the ball very well. Fooled me a couple times from the stands where i thought the Bearcats had the play stopped dead and WHOOOPP there goes price around the outside.

Congrats to the Wildcats! Bearcats will bounce back....

HUGE win for Newport... Not the best game played as Newport tried over and over to shoot themselves in the foot with penalties and TO's.... however, they were just the better team... much much more athletic than Walton... #5 for Walton is a good player
