Proud of a lawsuit he should have dropped after the guy died? People would find out about it anyway, he didn't to post is and didn't need to be strutting like he just won a belt.

Why should he have dropped it? He was looking to be exonerated, which he was. He said he would have dropped the lawsuit early on if the guy had just admitted he made it up.

No way I would drop the lawsuit if the guy dies, no way to clear my name otherwise. He sued a guy who died after the lawsuit was filed. Too bad. If someone accuses you wrongly and it's important to your honor, do you continue to clear your name or drop it? I'm continuing the lawsuit.

Well in this case it was allowed. Both lawyers met and agreed as long as 8 jurors agreed they would accept it. The judge allowed it and 8 it was.
