The 22 worst foods you could put into your body

Correct. And I'm happy to report I am not genetically predisposed to high cholesterol.

Me either. I feel like I am a healthy eater. Eat lots of fresh fruits, veggies and not much junk food. I do eat Potato chips every once in a while, and when I do,I eat way too many at one time. I don't drink milk so I make sure I eat some type of cheese everyday. Feta and Havarti are my favorites. Don't drink soda or beer, but do drink LOTS of coffee. Don't like pasta or breads, but I will eat a doughnut once in a while. When I eat a sandwich, I pick the bread off.....:lol2:

I am mad at life today, and I didn't have time to work out this morning, so I ate kettle chips and a hershey bar with my steak and cheese sub. It has been nice knowing you all.

1. Drink diet pop.

2. Love hot dogs, but too much sodium in them to eat them like I used to.

3. Don't eat pastry. They chew up too much insulin.

4. Occasional serving of canned fruit. No heavy syrup.

5. See #1.

6. Love salmon but I wouldn't know a farmed salmon if it swam up and hit me with a plow.

7. Only eat Fieldhouse popcorn. Once you've had the best...

8. Only tried swordfish once or twice.

9. Hydrogenated oils = yumminess.

10. Bottled condiments only.

11. Fried food = yumminess.

12. I love corn and chicken, tumors be damned.

13. I generally don't pay the premium for organic food.

14. Trying to reduce refined white flour.

15. Bacon. For vegetarians, the gateway meat.

16. Went through 2 gallons every 3 days growing up; not so much any more.

17. Chips are a weakness.

18. See #17.

19. Don't eat canned tomatoes, but do use low-sodium tomato paste.

20. Don't eat frozen dinners.

21. Don't eat donuts any more, a huge void in my existence.

22. Low fat often means high salt; I generally stay away.

I have quit diet soda again... Day 1 today.

The stuff that bugatti eats.

Pretty much :lol2:

Few notes...

- Out of the top 10 I don't really do any of those with much if any consistency.

- Only ones that get me on a consistent basis is the canned tomatoes (generally in rotel), genetically enhanced veggies, milk (albeit organic), low fat snacks, processed foods (who doesn't?) and junk food when I splurge. I seldom eat most things listed and probably do better than the average person.

- RE: Dirty fruits. We do not always buy organic, but we always spray our fruits with some kind of water and vinegar mixture and rinse properly.

My mother did that back in the day.

And when I finally learned why that water bottle was hanging on the shower head, I was scarred for life.

Not on the list but I eat ALOT of salt. I get a physical each year and my sodium level is border-line low. My body just requires more. I always salt every thing I eat before tasting it. I love to take a salt shaker and just eat it out of the palm of my hand.
