It was an honor to be selected to the Northern Kentucky Softball Coaches Association Division I 1st Team for 2014.

 

I had a commitment to attend another event during the evening of May 17, well before receiving the invitation to attend the Association’s awards ceremony. I respected my original commitment but therefore missed being able to celebrate my fellow athletes’ accomplishments and accept my own award in person.

 

Although unable to attend the ceremony, I very much wanted to acknowledge and extend my gratitude to the coaches of the Association for selecting me.
