Ethan Snapp will not be playing with this team.

This team will be playing at the Adidas All-In this weekend in Cincinnati. Schedule:

Vs. Ohio Elite @ 3:10pm at Sports Plus

Vs. Michigan Playmakers @ 7:50pm at Courts 4 Sports

Vs. Who Got Game @ 11:45am at Sports Plus

Austin and Sean are definitely nice pieces on this team.

Is that Saturday?

I believe Holmes' Rod Avery plays for them.

That game is Friday afternoon. I thought Avery played for the Cougars...

Bulldogs get 2 wins today at the Adidas All In. Got passed Ohio Elite by 12 with a nice team effort, led by Mitch Bolin who had 18 and around 10rebs/5blocks. Dre Jackson added 15. Sean Ross added 10.

The team also got by the Michigan Playmakers by 2. After being down 13 in the first half and down 11 at half, the boys battled back and won on a great 2nd half defensive effort, a Hayden Smith barrage of 3's, and a Dre Jackson rim finish with 1.8 to play. Hayden Smith had 15, and Dre Jackson had 18.

How the tournament end up?

The Bulldogs went 4-1 on the weekend, losing to the Shining Stars-Price in the Final Four of Gold. Very close game, and nip/tuck down the stretch. The Bulldogs led slightly for a good majority of the game, playing excellent defense and good team basketball. A few missed shots down the stretch, some missed FT's, and good defensive play by the Shining Stars sealed the deal as they won 58-54. Two good teams absolutely going at each other. It was fun to watch.

The team roster was up & down throughout the tourney due to some college visits, family obligations, etc., but the boys on this team are very resilient and just stayed together no matter who was on the court/bench. Grant Moeves (NCC) filled in with the team this weekend and after knocking off some rust from the dead period, he played well. His defensive prowess and strength were impressive.

Hayden Smith (East Jessamine) really came out of his shell. Scoring 15 & 18 in consecutive games, and going 9/14 from 3 in those 2 games. Mitchell Bolin continued to play with high energy. He had many blocks/rebounds on the weekend, and had his best overall game this July earning 18/10/5 in one game.

The guards Austin Schreck, Dre Jackson, John Liechty and Brenden Stanley were very steady all weekend. They share the ball well with each other, make good passes, knock down shots, play really good defense, attack the rim, and play for each other.

Sean Ross has been playing extremely solid as the teams primary 4 since Matt Mullins has been out. He has logged a lot of minutes and is a strong kid that isn't afraid to stick his nose in their and rebound and defend. He is an unselflish, glue guy, that brings a workman like mentality. Matt Mullins arrived back on Saturday night, and although he had to knock some rust off as well, he always plays HARD! Rebounded and defended well in the Sunday game against the Shining Stars.

This team will be in Louisville this weekend as they compete in AAU Nationals. They will play:

Vs. Martin Bros.

Vs. BTA Bulls

Vs. Team NLP

I witnessed the Bulldogs' game today. They play a very hard-nosed, gritty brand of basketball on both ends of the floor. A lot of teams in these tourneys take a break on the defensive end of the floor, but not the Bulldogs. They also rebound relentlessly as a team.

I walked away from this game most impressed with Mitch Bolin's improvement. H was very aggressive, more assertive and a force at both ends. Hopefully his HS coach will enable him (as well as the other players) to play with confidence.

Who is #22 with the mad hops?

Who is #22 with the mad hops?

He is from Henderson County

Bulldogs have a nice team with a lot of good parts.

They play well together and they all have a role. They are unselfish and coachable. Really good kids off the court, and mostly academics in the classroom. Good families.

Missed your post Clyde, or I would have said Hello. Thanks for checking them out!

Looks like the Bulldogs and the Prospects might be on a collison course in the early in the championship bracket. Would be a very entertaining game.

Any results? What are future games schedule?
