I definelty think Ashland should be the favorite going into next season!:dancingpa followed in a close second by Russell:fight:

Elliott and Rose Hill will also be two of the favorites.

We should actually have a solid team returning next season. We will still have 3 of our 5 starters returning in Branham, Moore, and Blanton...then we'll have Selby who is definitely ready, IMO, to start along side Moore inside, and I believe one of our guards like Mayhew or Wheeler will emerge as the fifth starter...But losing Shannon and Owens will obviously hurt a whole lot...

True also

Win, lose or draw, Coach Phil Pratt is one of the finest individuals I know. He is a gentleman on and off the court, and a genuine class act regardless of the cards dealt him. He has done nothing but improve the reputation of Boyd County High School through his words and deeds.

I can certainly understand how a parent can grow frustrated when they feel that their child is not being given the opportunities they may deserve, but I also believe that Coach Pratt would be completely gracious and willing to discuss these things clamly with any parents who felt the need to do so.

This was clearly not the way to handle the situation. Coach Pratt deserves better IMO... :thumb:
