April 30, 201412 yr Are we all just going to cut Max Smith from the team? He played 1 game healthy last year. He threw for 254 yards and 2 td with 0 turnovers in that game. He had 9 td and 1 int with a TORN shoulder last year. Write it down that he will re-surface in the fall after his surgery on that shoulder and if he's healthy finally he may win the job. He has 21 td and 9 int with over 60% completions in his short career. I think he's redshirt this year. Depends on how he recovers.

I don't want a guy back there who can't move in the pocket. He throws a terrible ball and is damaged goods. I've never bought into him, he was between UK and Sacramento state for college choices and the only reason Joker took him was because he sent a highlight tape in as a last ditch effort.

Thank GOD what you want and what Neil Brown want are 2 different things. Whitlow had speed and I'm glad he's not an option at QB anymore.
