My mistake. Change it to the runner being on 2nd and him missing 3rd base. Appeal says he's out. Then they appeal to first base as well.

Run still doesn't score since the runner missed third he's out, or batter was out without ever reaching first on that appeal...not sure which out counts in the books but either way run does not score...IMO
