Congrats to Deming for making the Regional tournament but in all honesty they have no chance to beat Pendelton Co. or any of the other teams they will face next week. Sorry Devils, the truth hurts. At least you're not alone, I would say the same thing about Augusta.

Shouldn't even be a contest, Pendleton by as many as they want. It is sad to see the two best teams in the region not go on to region. This makes it two years in a row. The district should be seeded and i think that can even be blamed on Pendleton. Luckily it didnt come back to bite them.

 

You need to get your facts straight.

 

PC/HC voted to seed.

Deming/NC voted to draw. With the tie it went to automatic draw.

Either way we are lucky that the Cats came out on top for the second year in a row after having to play the second best team in the district. Thats a statement.

On a side note......Game is on Thursday at 7:30. Heard it is listed in the KY Post as being held on Friday

Pc will come out with there starting five, then they will let the second string handle the rest. Biggs wants to keep his starting five healthy for the dogfight in the region games.

Sometimes the talent levels are such that it can't be helped. Pendleton beat Nicholas by 47 and Bracken by 41 earlier this year; beat Augusta something like 84-18 last year.

 

From what I have observed, BB is a class act, but there are times when Goliath is so much better than David that a 40-point win is actually taking it easy.
