Thomas Nelson head coach Jim Youngman tendered his resignation earlier this week to pursue other opportunities. His son, A.J., who scored 1,159 points as an eighth-grader and freshman, will also be leaving.

Yeah, he's going to be a good one and I hate to see him go. He was invited to the Super Sophs Top 100 camp for this summer.

He used to coach at a school named Metamora maybe? Don't quote me on that one, but I think that was it.

It was Metamora HS, near Peoria, IL. Sounds like he's shopping his kid for his next "big coaching job" and more recruiting exposure. Heard he's been at nearly 10 schools in 20 year coaching career...2 KY high schools in 3 years since coming to the Bluegrass State.
