February 20, 201412 yr Pain and simple. Prison should suck! Yes it should...no gyms, no weights, no ball, no entertainment above or beyond reading. I'd go all "Quaker" on them and demand silence as well. I would deter physical activity as much as possible because the last thing society needs is bigger, stronger and faster scum bags when they are released.

I would think the tax payers wouldn't give a crap. The guy is a piece of dirt. Like I said, they shouldn't be beaten or abused, but if he wants to die - let him die. Personally, I would provide him with whatever he wanted if he wanted to terminate his own life.
