I agree about Hatton and his swagger. Definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I think I would have run and hid being shut down like he was. 6 points with 2 minutes to play. He showed me nothing. Then to take a cheap shot at someone. Very disappointing.

I agree totaly with you, if I had made that statement I would get blasted,,I was begining to believe i was the only one to see the SWAGGER..It will go away next year..

When you are one of the best in the area, you might have a little swagger on the court too. He'll never run and hide either.

Brandon is being himself which is what I hope all kids do. BTW, just so you aware (since most of your posts are negative about Hatton) he also loves working with the Special Olympics and would love to hold more camps for them like Dixie has done the past few years. And the individuals who participate in that Special Olympics camp, love having Brandon there and playing against him. Sadly he'll be away playing D1 basketball next year and I don't think he'll be able to attend and participate in the camp.

I am sure they have some of those programs in Vt.

But the local Special Olympians will surely miss him, that I know!

Anyone else notice Ruth's "jump shot" free throws? Was told he was struggling at the charity stripe so he went to that and has been around 90% since. Kid can flat out shoot the rock. One of the smoothest shots in the region.
It's not even that's it's a jump shot, but that he takes the ball just inside the top of the key & dribbles up to the line before shooting. Don't recall seeing that before.

Apparently he had an injury that caused him to get a lot of pain in his quad when he bent down, so he went to this modified jump shot to alleviate that pain. It looks really odd...I'll say that.

It seems to be working. No matter the reason, I wouldn't change it now lol.

Not sure when he started doing it this way but he is 24 for his last 30.
